How About the GMT Brick Pallet Rigidity?
When concrete block plant or production line use this GMT bricks pallets, all users are concerned about the GMT pallets rigidity. Does it strong enough? Will it bend when in long term usage to support finished strong green blocks? Rigidity means the property of anti-bending. Is it Expensive to Buy GMT Brick Pallet for Block Production Line?
It is very important to choose the right raw material to make GMT block pallets, for it will effect the GMT pallets cost. This GMT pallet is made of fiber as reinforcing material and thermoplastic resin as base material. Therefore, both the raw materials Polypropylene material and glass fiber plays a key role. The common Polypropylene material is about 12.5 yuan/kg and glass fiber is almost 11 yuan/kg. For GMT brick pallets, it can not be mixed with calcium carbonate, or it can not be molded. In this way, the GMT brick pallets will be strong with the mix. If using fresh material to make an 18mm thick pallet, then its price will be at least 180 yuan, but if using recycled raw material, it will become cheaper. So when checking the price of GMT brick pallets, it should connect with the raw materials quality.
